Subsequent regulating
alterations in the Indonesian telecommunications business within 1999
and 2000, we started putting into action a technique made to change us

Telkom, we obtained a powerful 45.0% possession interest in Satelindo,
because of our purchase of PT Bimagraha Telekomindo, or perhaps
Bimagraha, within 2001 and obtained the rest of the 25.0% possession
interest in Satelindo coming from DeTe Asia throughout June 2002. To
reinforce Satelindo’s capital framework and take away particular
restrictive covenants as a result of Satelindo’s obligation, we made one
more capital factor to Satelindo amassing US$75.0 million within July
2002.
